Demetrius has over 15 years of experience in the basketball profession as a coach, scout, video editor and consultant/advisor.  Currently, he is part of the coaching staff at Olimpia Milano EA7 Armani Jr. and the Top Italian Scout for NetScouts.  Demetrius also acts as a consultant for Side by Side Sports Agency based out of Milano, Italy.  He advises agents and players who is seeking a professional contract in Europe.  In addition with assisting players to come to Europe he also advises young players who want to study and play basketball in America at the High School or Collegiate levels.

After several years of playing professional basketball in the CBA, South America and Europe. Demetrius became a High School Teacher and Coach.

Personal

A native of San Diego, California Demetrius moved to Italy the summer of 2009 and  is currently living in Milano with his wife Barbara and their three sons Dominic 11, Daniel 9 and Diego 3.
