Francis Steven

My name is Francis Adam Steven. I recently graduated from the Hockey GM and Scouting Course from SMWW and even though I am a new comer compared to most scouts I believe I have the eye for detail and the hockey knowledge to know what specific traits I am looking for in a player that could help a team draft a "Diamond in the Rough."

Hockey has been in my family since before I was born my dad played for the British National team in the 1979 World Junior Championships winning a Bronze Medal. He has passed down to me enough Hockey knowledge from trivia to stats to how to become a better player almost over night.

I am still only 19 years old but I feel I have the knowledge to keep up with the best and through my several Kings/Ducks/Reign games I know I have what it takes to notice small intangibles that could cause a player to become a superstar.
