Michael Sallee

Born and raised in El Monte, Ca, graduated from Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood, Az (near Sedona).  Was a basketball and baseball manger for our school, too slow to play. Attended Yavapai and Glendale Community college in Az as well as Arizona State University, sorry to say didn't graduate from ASU, so entered the workforce and have worked for a office products company in Fontana, Ca for 16 years and now looking to get into the baseball realm especially scouting.

Enjoy baseball very much and had the chance or thought I had a chance to scout baseball about 10 years ago with the Pittsburgh Pirates but was left hangin by the so cal scout in charge, just never got a call back as well as the Reds a few years later. I go to as many high school, JC or college games as I can.

I hope now taking this course of Baseball management and Scouting will help me get my foot in the door and show what I can do and help a major league club in the future doing what I want and should be doing.
