  - under Chris Carminucci and Cecil Fielder.There I learned how independent league teams rely heavily on statistics to scout players sight unseen. Using this technique I was asked to create 22-man rosters(Can-Am maximum) using league rules,league prospect lists and to look into upcoming 6-yr free agents for future consideration. I was also asked to scout opposing players during games, create scouting reports, work with the league salary cap to formulate future roster moves and deal in player contracts and negotiations .

 - I also have worked with former major league all-star, Garry Templeton,while he was the manager of the Orange County Flyers of the Golden League in 2007. Under his watch I scouted the teams open try-outs and assisted in scouting the teams spring-training

-I currently am taking the SMWW SPORTS CAPOLOGY course and working towards my degree.
