Scout Bio

Hugh began playing hockey at the young age of 3, and since then has added the role's of coaching, managing and scouting to his resume. He resides in Calgary, AB, however frequently travel to Red Deer, AB where he has a summer cottage in the area.

Hugh currently works for the City of Calgary, as well as RinkNet Scouting Software as a Videographer. He also works closely with two teams in Calgary, and is the Music & PA Announcer for the WCA Rams, a mens Senior AA team in central Alberta. He also runs and owns JHD Scouting, a scouting company he recently started with his father. He was recently added as an Assistant with a Calgary based Bantam AAA team for the 2010-11 season.
