Over his 23 years in professional baseball, MLB Sr. Vice President of Standards and On-Field Operations Joe Garagiola Jr. has been involved in every facet of the game. 
 
The son of former MLB catcher and broadcasting legend Joe Garagiola Sr., Joe Jr. joined the Arizona Diamondbacks as their first General Manager in 1995, spending ten years at the helm of the organization while winning a World Series in 2001 and three division titles.
 
Garagiola Jr. joined the league offices in 2005. As Sr. VP of Standards and On-Field Operations, Garagiola Jr. oversees discipline for on-field infractions, pace of game standards, uniform policy and stadium configurations.
