Bo Griffen is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native and graduated from Wyoming Park High School in 2001. He played football all 4 years for the Wyoming Park Vikings, where he started on both sides of the ball as an Offensive Guard, and a Nose Tackle on the Defensive Line. Bo is currently a Quality Control Coach and Scout for the Wyoming Wolves High School out of Wyoming, Michigan.

He joined the workforce after high school and became an Accomplished Management Professional in Commercial flooring as well as a Certified technician in Carpet Cleaning and Residential Painting. He also spent time as a licensed Adjuster as a Contents Specialist for Farmers Insurance, where he did Transcribing via Excel and Audio as well as issued payments via Check and EFT.

Today Bo is an Alumni of Sports Management Worldwide, where he received his Certification in Football General Manager and Scouting, learning from experts that included NFL legend “Godfather of Football” John Wooten, Montreal Alouettes Director of Scouting Russ Lande, and Director of Pro Personnel Dane Vandernat. This course offered training in scouting reports, positional analysis, salary cap management, NFL front office and collective bargaining agreement, and player personnel responsibilities.

Bo is a motivated leader with strong Organizational and Prioritization abilities, and a driven self-starter with key strengths that include Scouting, Recruiting, Leadership, and Personnel Management.
