Pietro Oliva

Pietro Oliva, born on December 24th, 1996, in the Dominican Republic. He is a graduated student with Cum Laude academic honors from Central Baptist College, Conway, Arkansas, with a bachelors degree in Sports Management. Previously, he spent one year in Hesston College, Kansas City, studying the same field career.

He was part of the baseball program during his 4 years in college, he played the whole infield, and earned Academic All-Conference in 2019 and 2020.

During his academic college career he was part of the Dean List three straight semester, and during his last semester he earned the recognition to the President List, finishing with an outstanding GPA of 3.62 at the time of graduation.

He did an internship with the Kansas City Royals during the season of 2019 in the Dominican Summer League, in the Dominican Republic, learning how to use the Trackman software and Bats program.

He has a certification in Personal Fitness Instructor by the school New Skills Academy, and another certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by the same institution. Also, he has two certifications with RAPSODO, in Hitting and Pitching.

He graduated from the Baseball General Manager and Scouting Course through Sports Management Worldwide. His mentors were: Dan Evans former General Manager/Executive VP for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Hank Jones current scout for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

He graduated from the Baseball Analytics Course through Sports Management Worldwide. His mentor was Ari Kaplan.

Currently he is working with the Baltimore Orioles in the Dominican Republic as Video & Tech on the Player Development Department.
