Andrea is a dynamic sports management and marketing professional with a strong foundation in athlete representation, operations, and brand strategy. She brings a uniquely well-rounded background shaped by her experience at leading global sports agency Wasserman, where she played a key role in “The Unstoppable Rise of Mexican Women’s Soccer – The Collective,” contributing critical market insights to one of the agency’s projects on women’s soccer growth in Mexico. Additionally, she contributed to projects across NFL, NCAA, and international sports markets. Her work included media analysis, mock draft, audience and social media insights, sponsorship effectiveness analysis, and the development of strategic marketing initiatives for athletes and properties.

Andrea has built a career at the intersection of sports, marketing, and athlete development. Before moving into agency work, she gained early industry experience as a Sports Editor at Nielsen Media, contributing to data-driven coverage and insights across major sports properties. At Samy Alliance, she led major influencer and digital marketing campaigns for top-tier brands, managed budgets, negotiated high-value partnerships, and delivered results exceeding performance benchmarks. She later expanded her leadership as Sr. Account Manager, where she strengthened client relationships, oversaw campaign execution, and produced large-scale events from concept to on-site delivery.

Her skill set spans athlete management, scouting principles, brand optimization, marketing strategy, content creation, and event production—supported by advanced training from Sports Management Worldwide in Athlete Management and Football Scouting & Agency, under the mentorship of industry experts such as NFL Agent Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and NBA Agent Joel Corry.

Passionate about football operations and the business of sports, Andrea combines analytical rigor with creative strategy to support athletes, agents, and organizations in maximizing both athletic and commercial impact. She is committed to elevating talent, expanding opportunities, and contributing to the growth of football on an international scale, particularly in emerging markets such as Mexico.
