Mitsuda has been involved with football for most of his life.  His passion and knowledge for the game started when he played youth football. He later went on to star as a linebacker and fullback at Aviation High School in Redondo Beach.   He worked at the LA Express in the USFL as an assistant equipment manager during the week, and then performed duties as their ballboy during game days at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.   Mitsuda was also a coach at the prep level at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, where he helped coached the Sophomore & Varsity teams.  He currently trains high school players weekly to help elevate their game. As a recent graduate of the GM & Scouting program from Sports Management Worldwide, Mitsuda learned the latest scouting techniques from SMWW founder, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, former Tampa Bay Bucaneer GM, Mark Dominik, former Cleveland Brown player & Director of Pro Scouting for the Dallas Cowboys, John Wooten, and current NFL scouting expert & anaylst, Russ Lande.   Besides having a keen eye for football talent at all levels, Mitsuda is a proven and successful leader in Operations' Management and has excellent people-relationiship skills.  As such, he can quickly identify players that possess strong character traits. If you are searching for a detailed scouting report on a college player at any level, then please feel free to contact him at: rmitsuda@smww.com
