Ayden is an SMWW alumnus and a distinguished 2023 Football Front Office Advanced Certificate holder, which involved football industry certificates in Football GM & Scouting, Salary Cap Analysis & Contract Negotiation, Player Development, Digital Video Editing - XOS Thunder, Coaching at the Next Level, and Football Analytics. As an accomplished sports professional, Ayden is often most recognized for his team building and motivation. He thrives at managing multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and planning events. He is a self-driven leader who is team focused and excels at negotiating, decision-making, relationship-building, and achieving results. His love for football has no end, and he longs for success.
Recently, Ayden has become an SMWW Certified Football Scout. After being trained by industry experts such as former Dallas Cowboys/Philadelphia Eagles/Baltimore Ravens Executive and NFL HOF Nominee League Contributor John Wooten, NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Director of Player Personnel Dane Vandernat, CFL Edmonton Elks Director of Player Personnel Russell Lande, former Tampa Bay Buccaneer GM Mark Dominik, former Jacksonville Jaguars Director of Football Systems and current product manager of Pro Football Focus Mike Stoeber, former NFL agent Joel Corry, former NFL Offensive Coach for the Bills, Rams, plus Chargers Steve Fairchild, and former Atlanta Falcons Director of Football Operations Nick Polk, he possesses a variety of knowledge and perspectives to bring to the table.
Currently, Ayden serves as Player Personnel & Football Operations Coach at McDaniel College, involving the scouting/recruiting of high school players to help rebuild the McDaniel Football Program while designing/implementing new operational methods geared towards sustainable success. In addition, he is continuously expanding his football knowledge by attending numerous events/conferences, including the annual SMWW Gatherings and the NFL Combine. Lastly, Ayden is excited to start his football apprenticeship with Dane Vandernat this upcoming college football season and will be actively scouting numerous players.
