A man's gift makes room for him And brings him before great men,'' Kudzai Chitima believes it is his calling to unearth that raw "gift/talent" and make their dreams come true.

He has studied Soccer Management and Scouting course with SMWW and the invaluable knowledge he has garnered throughout his football career has driven him to form EasyVest Sports Management, an agency whose primary purpose is to identify and promote talent.

He also enjoys tactical scouting (opposition analysis) of teams and is currently doing so voluntarily on local teams.
