Stephen Knight

Stephen Knight is a skills development specialist who has been evolving since 2010. He attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy New York where he planned to join the basketball team. However, he found himself in what seemed like a far more intriguing position where he was training the members of the team instead. Through training, he discovered his gift of strengthening and conditioning basketball athletes. He was always in high demand by the team as his reputation began to precede him which led him to find his purpose in the world of sports. During his playing career, he attended Suffolk County community college in 2013; helping them to a top 10 national ranking for the first time in 9 years. Also, leading the team in steals and points off the bench. In 2014 he became a full-time basketball trainer which allowed him to connect with professional players. Due to his mentorship athletes have been able to acquire scholarships and professional opportunities. His vision and work ethic has allowed him to positively influence the people in his community.
