Break Into Sports mentor Greg Hylton is the Indianapolis Colts Vice President of Premium Seating and Ticket Sales and has worked for the Colts for over 18 years in multiple sales and marketing roles. Prior to working with the Colts, Greg worked for the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Ice.


Bill Guertin

Bill Guertin is one of the top sales training authorities in North American professional sports, having worked with over 60 professional teams to dramatically increase their sales representative's performance and crush their sales goals.  As President and CEO of sales and marketing consulting group, The 800-Pound Gorilla, his sales training has improved the operations of iconic sports franchises like the Boston Red Sox, Calgary Flames, Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants.

Bill is constantly in the front offices of professional teams, which helps him stay connected to who is hiring, what they need and how they hire. He is your secret weapon!


Tom Leip

Tom Leip has spent over 30 years working in the minor leagues of baseball, hockey, and soccer, having recently held the role of President of Business Operations for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, Short Season Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.

Tom's years of varied experience comes through in his mentoring, having worked in community outreach, public and media relations, event planning, and staff development. Tom has assisted hundreds of SMWW graduates with acquiring jobs and internships with minor and major league teams.

Online Education - This innovative academic course is facilitated through a web-based educational delivery system.
