James Miles

He attended Booker T. Washington high School in Houston, Texas where he played football, baseball, and ran track.  He turned down a baseball scholarship to a Top Division 1 school to pursuit his football career at The University of Mary, a D-II school in Bismarck, North Dakota.  There he was named Most Valuable defensive back for the 2006 & 2007 seasons, All-NSIC, Ranked 26th in D-2 in passes defended with 1.3/game, Named newcomer of the year in 2004, and averaged 9.7 yards per punt return.  He later coached the secondary at the University of Mary for a season. 

James and his wife Abriana Miles have two sons; J’vion and James Miles III.  His parent Travis and James Miles Sr. lives in Houston, Texas.
